Here at Tilapia Film LLC, we work hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase. But also understand that we are a small company run almost exclusively by us two filmmakers. So if you have not received your order or if your DVD was crushed by a 16 wheeler in-route to your house, there is no need to get mad. Just send us an email at: sales@tilapiafilm.com. We will make sure you receive your order and are happy with your purchase.
We normally ship via the US Postal Service, unless you request otherwise. We accept returns of items in usused condition within 30 days of purchase. If your order is damaged or does not match the product description, we will provide a replacement or a refund. I mean, these are the rules, but usually if you just send us a nice email, we can usually work something out human to human. We are not a huge corporate bookstore with a staff of thousands. But by purchasing your DVD and/or Salton Sea products from us, you can support independent filmmaking directly. We thank you for your interest and support.
